ARTICLE XI

 

In the Absence of other authority, the deliberations of this Local shall be governed by “Roberts Rules of Order Revised”.  All references in the masculine gender shall also be construed in the feminine gender, as applicable.

 

ARTICLE XII

 

Nothing in this Constitution and By-Laws shall conflict with the National Constitution and By-Laws.
