Text Box: 2010 Multi-State Convention April 28 - May 1, 2010 Missoula, Mt Northwest Region Multi-state Convention April 28-May 1, 2010 (Alaska ~ Idaho ~ Montana ~ Oregon ~ Washington) Registration: Please mail a separate registration sheet (link will be posted by end of year) for each participant and a $110.00 registration fee to Michelle Nielsen, PO Box 1422, Billings, Montana 59103 by a cut-off date of February 15, 2010. Checks should be made out to the Montana Postal Workers Union (MPWU).  Registration after February 15, 2010 will be $150.00. To get a refund of your registration fee you must contact Michelle Nielsen by April 14, 2010.  After that we are locked into the lunches, dinners, refreshments, etc. that we have ordered based on the registrations received and no refunds will be given, no exceptions. Making copies, etc.:  we will set up one central room with a large copier, a smaller photocopier, possibly a laptop, etc. for everyone's use. The large copier is going to be rented from a business outside of the hotel - so there will be no on-site maintenance - but we'll have a number for a repairman. COPA items:  We will also have a large centrally located room for all state's to set up tables with the COPA items.  This room will also be occupied by the Auxiliary members who will be attending and conducting their own convention. If you have items that you'd like to donate to raffle for COPA please contact an Auxiliary officer or you can send your items to the Missoula Local, PO Box 2633, Missoula, MT. 59806.
